This Shipping Policy describes when and how SaltyFuelShop (“we,” “us,” or “our”) ships orders placed on saltyfuelshop.com (the “Site”). By placing an order you agree to the terms below. This Shipping Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays
- Standard orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern on Friday, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day
- During high-volume periods (product launches, Black Friday, holiday season), processing may take an extra 1-2 business days
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the contiguous United States (Lower 48 states) only.
We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations. If your destination is not available at checkout, we cannot ship there at this time.
3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery
Estimated transit times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. They begin the day after your order ships.
- Standard Shipping (USPS/UPS Ground): 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (UPS 2-Day or USPS Priority): 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping (UPS Next Day Air): 1 business day
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and chosen shipping method.
- Free standard shipping on orders over $99 within the contiguous United States
- Expedited and overnight rates are calculated at checkout
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.
If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, contact support@saltyfuelshop.com.
6. Delivery Issues — Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package is handed off to the carrier, delivery is out of our direct control.
- If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, first check with neighbors, mail room, or other household members, and contact the carrier with the tracking number
- File a missing-mail claim with the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) as soon as possible
- If the carrier confirms the package is lost, contact us and we will work with you and the carrier on a resolution
SaltyFuelShop is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by the carrier, weather, natural disasters, or events beyond our control
- Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier but not received due to theft, misdelivery, or incorrect address
We recommend shipping to an address where someone is available to receive the package, especially for high-value orders.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. You may be responsible for additional shipping charges.
We cannot change an address after an order has shipped. If you notice an error, email support@saltyfuelshop.com immediately with the subject line “Address Correction” — we will try to update it before the order ships, but cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
8. Products Shipped by Third-Party Merchants
Some products featured or linked on the Site are sold, shipped, and fulfilled by third-party merchants (for example, Health Ranger Store, TWC Health, and other brands). When you purchase these products through an affiliate link:
- The third-party merchant handles order fulfillment, shipping, tracking, delays, and delivery issues
- Their shipping policy and timeframes apply, not this Policy
- Contact the merchant directly for any shipping or delivery questions
- SaltyFuelShop does not have access to their order systems or tracking data

9. Signature Requirements
High-value orders or orders shipping to an address with a history of lost packages may require a signature on delivery. If a signature is required, you will be notified before the order ships.
10. Temperature and Weather Considerations
Some products (especially liquids, softgels, or temperature-sensitive supplements) may be affected by extreme heat or cold during transit. We ship using reasonable packaging standards, but we are not responsible for damage caused by extreme weather during shipping. If a product arrives visibly damaged, see our Refund & Returns Policy.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. The “Effective Date” at the top reflects the most recent revision. Your order is governed by the Policy in effect on the date of purchase.
12. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Horry County, South Carolina.
