Our Filter for “Healthy”
- No seed oils (soybean, corn, canola, sunflower, safflower, cottonseed, rice bran, grapeseed). We use olive oil, avocado oil, butter, tallow, ghee, or coconut oil.
- No added sugar, no high-fructose corn syrup, no “natural flavors” soup.
- No MSG, no dehydrated soup packets, no preservative chains.
- Organic when it meaningfully matters (dairy, berries, greens, spices).
- Whole protein sources — Greek yogurt, pasture-raised eggs, wild-caught fish, grass-fed beef.
