How do I place an order?
Browse our shop, add items to your cart, and head to checkout. You can pay with all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. You don’t need an account to check out, though creating one lets you track orders and re-order faster.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually change or cancel it. Email support@saltyfuelshop.com within 1 hour of placing the order with your order number and what you’d like to change. Once an order has shipped, we can’t modify it — but you can return it under our Refund and Returns Policy.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes. Gyms, trainers, clinics, and specialty retailers can apply for wholesale pricing through our Become a Reseller program. We also offer volume discounts on single-SKU orders of 10 units or more — email support@saltyfuelshop.com for a quote.
Shipping & Returns
How long until my order ships?
We process and ship orders within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking as soon as your package leaves our facility. Standard ground delivery typically arrives in 3–5 business days within the continental U.S.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return any product — opened or unopened — for a refund to your original payment method. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong item. Bulk orders ($500+ or 10+ units of one SKU) are final sale. My order arrived damaged — what should I do?
Email support@saltyfuelshop.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. Don’t discard the item until we’ve had a chance to review. We’ll send a replacement or full refund — including return shipping at our cost.

Are your supplements third-party tested?
Yes. All SaltyFuelShop products are manufactured in a cGMP-certified facility and undergo batch testing for purity, potency, and contaminants. Certificates of Analysis are available on request — email support@saltyfuelshop.com with the product name and lot number.
How do I know which product is right for me?
Each product page describes the intended use, ingredients, and recommended dosage. If you’re new to supplementation, start with a protein or multivitamin and build from there. For specific health conditions, pregnancy, nursing, or if you take prescription medication, consult your physician before starting any new supplement.
