Thank you for shopping at SaltyFuelShop (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We want you to be satisfied with your order. This Refund & Returns Policy explains when and how you can return a product and what to expect when you do.
By placing an order on saltyfuelshop.com (the “Site”) you agree to this Policy. This Policy is incorporated into and made part of our Terms of Service.
1. Return Window
You have thirty (30) days from the delivery date to request a return. Return requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, a product must be:
- Unopened, unused, and in its original sealed condition
- In the original packaging with all labels, seals, and inserts intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Because we sell dietary supplements and nutrition products, any item whose protective seal or safety band has been broken, tampered with, or removed cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. This is standard industry practice.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened supplements, powders, capsules, liquids, or any ingestible product
- Products with broken, damaged, or removed safety seals
- Products damaged by misuse, improper storage, or normal wear
- Items marked “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase
- Gift cards and digital downloads
- Products purchased through affiliate links or third-party merchants (see Section 9)
- Items returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within seven (7) days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will either:
- Send a replacement at no cost to you; or
- Issue a full refund including original shipping
We cover return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
5. How to Request a Return
To start a return:
- Email support@saltyfuelshop.com with the subject line “Return Request” and include your order number and reason for return.
- We will review your request and, if eligible, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Do not ship items back without an RMA. Returns received without an RMA may be refused or discarded.
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to respond to return requests.
6. Return Shipping
For returns that are not the result of damage, defect, or our error:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend a trackable shipping method; we are not responsible for returns lost in transit
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we provide a prepaid return label or reimburse return shipping.
7. Restocking Fee
No restocking fee is charged for unopened items returned within the 30-day window.
8. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item
- Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3-10 business days to post the refund to your account
- Partial refunds may be issued for items that are returned damaged, opened, or missing parts
If your refund is delayed, first check with your bank or card issuer. If you still have not received a refund 15 business days after our confirmation email, contact support@saltyfuelshop.com.
9. Products Purchased Through Affiliate Links
Some products featured or linked on the Site are sold, shipped, and fulfilled by third-party merchants (for example, Health Ranger Store, TWC Health, and other brands). SaltyFuelShop does not process payments, hold inventory, or fulfill orders for these products.
If you purchased a product through an affiliate link:
- Refunds and returns are handled entirely by the third-party merchant
- Contact that merchant directly using the contact information on their website
- SaltyFuelShop cannot issue refunds, replacements, or store credit for affiliate purchases
- Our role is limited to recommending the product; we have no control over the merchant’s order fulfillment or return policy

10. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, request a return for the original product and place a new order for the replacement.
11. Cancellations
You may request to cancel an order before it has shipped by emailing support@saltyfuelshop.com with the subject line “Cancel Order” and your order number.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled — you will need to return the item under this Policy after delivery.
12. Subscriptions and Recurring Orders
If you have signed up for a subscription or recurring order, you may cancel future shipments at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing support@saltyfuelshop.com. Cancellation must be received at least 3 days before the next scheduled shipment. Individual shipments that have already been processed are governed by the standard return rules above.
13. Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first — we will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account closure and loss of eligibility for future purchases.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Returns Policy from time to time. The “Effective Date” at the top shows the most recent revision. Your order is governed by the Policy in effect on the date of purchase.
15. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Horry County, South Carolina.
