How we write these guides
- Sources first. Guides are written from peer-reviewed research and position stands, such as those of the International Society of Sports Nutrition, and list their sources. The creatine guides carry their full source lists now, and the rest are being brought up to the same standard.
- No product claims. A guide explains an ingredient. It never says one of our products will do something, and product pages say only what the label says.
- Dated reviews. Each updated guide shows the date it was last checked against its sources.
- Not medical advice. These guides are for education. Talk to your doctor before starting a supplement.
