Full Moon Parasite Cleanse Protocol
Sync your cleanse with lunar cycles to maximize effectiveness. Parasites become most active — and most vulnerable — during the full moon.

Full Moon / Kill Phase
Kill Phase (+1, +2 days)
Taper (3 days after)
Upcoming Full Moons
🟢 Ramp-Up Phase
Parasites are becoming more active. Increase antiparasitic herbs to 2x/day. Add pumpkin seeds daily. Increase binders to trap die-off. Stay ultra hydrated.
🔴 Peak Kill Phase
Your power days. Double-dose Ivermectin. Stick to 2x/day protocol. Add NAC or digestive enzymes to break biofilms. Continue DE at night to bind and expel.
🟡 Taper Phase
Recovery. Focus on binders, liver and kidney support, hydration, and probiotics. Reduce parasite killers to 1x/day. Rebuild gut health with bone broth or aloe juice.
🧬 Ivermectin
- Standard dose: 0.2 mg/kg = ~18 mg/day
- Full Moon Boost: 0.4 mg/kg = ~36 mg/day for 2–3 days
- Take on empty stomach (tablets or paste)
🧬 Fenbendazole
- Standard: 222 mg daily, 5 days on / 2 days off
- Alternate: 3 weeks on, 1 week off
- Take with fatty food for best absorption
- No need to double during full moon — just don’t skip
🌅 Morning — Empty Stomach
Kill parasites, activate detox, boost mitochondria, protect the liver
- Black Walnut / Wormwood / Clove Tincture
- Ivermectin (18mg / 36mg Full Moon Days)
- Methylene Blue
- Milk Thistle Extract (Liquid)
- NAC (600–1200mg)
- Nattokinase
- Oregano Oil
🥗 Midday — With Food
Kill lingering parasites, reduce inflammation, support immunity and digestion
- Bee Propolis Extract
- Black Seed Oil
- Dandelion Root
- Fenbendazole (222mg, 5 days on / 2 off)
- Grape Seed Extract
- Neem
- Olive Leaf
- Oregon Grape / Milk Thistle Complex
- Pumpkin Seeds (1–2 tablespoons, raw or lightly roasted)
🌙 Evening — With Dinner
Boost digestion, heal gut, support immune detox while you sleep
- Neem (optional second round)
- Olive Leaf
- Grape Seed Extract
- Dandelion Root
- Black Seed Oil
- Bee Propolis
- Green Vibrance (Probiotics) — in cold water or smoothie
🌑 Bedtime — Empty Stomach
Bind and carry out toxins and parasite waste overnight
- Food Grade Diatomaceous Earth — 1 heaping tsp in water (start with ½ tsp)
- Bentonite Clay — 1 tsp in 8 oz water (start with ½ tsp)
- Zeolite — 1 tsp powder in water or capsules (follow label)
- Rotate binders nightly: DE → Bentonite → Zeolite (each binds different toxins)
- Magnesium (if needed for digestion or sleep)
Serotonin Spike
Increased serotonin in the host causes parasites to feed and move more aggressively — making them easier to target and kill.
Hormonal Shifts
Natural circadian and hormonal changes during the full moon temporarily lower immune defenses, making it the optimal window to hit hard.
Melatonin Suppression
Higher melatonin suppression leads to less immune signaling and more gut movement — parasites surface and become vulnerable.
Pattern: Ramp up 5 days before → Peak kill on full moon + 2 days → Taper 3 days after
