30-Day Return Window
We want you to feel confident about every order from SaltyFuelShop. If a product doesn't work for you, you may return it — opened or unopened — within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund to your original payment method.
What You Can Return
- Supplements and sports nutrition products (opened or unopened)
- Accessories and apparel in original condition with tags attached
What Cannot Be Returned
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery
- Products marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
- Gift cards
- Products that are more than 50% consumed
- Items damaged by misuse or missing their original label
- Bulk orders — any single order of $500 or more, any order containing 10 or more units of the same SKU, or any combination of orders we reasonably determine to be related and totaling $500 or more, is considered a bulk order and is final sale. Damage or shortage on a bulk order must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@saltyfuelshop.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll reply within 1 business day with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return shipping address.
- Pack the product securely, include a copy of your order confirmation, and write the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package back to us using a trackable service.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when the product is damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong item. In those cases, we cover return shipping and send you a prepaid label.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied to returns that are heavily used, missing components, or not in resalable condition. You will be notified before any fee is deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us at support@saltyfuelshop.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Please do not discard the item until we've had a chance to review — we may need photos to process a replacement. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund, including return shipping at our expense.
Our Discretion
SaltyFuelShop reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the terms of this policy, or that we reasonably determine to be fraudulent or abusive.
